Retreat Refund Policy
Naturally, no one registers for a retreat with the intention of canceling, and we understand that life happens, and that travel in the last few years has been challenged by COVID-19.
We do recommend, especially if you are traveling internationally to attend the retreat, to investigate and purchase travel insurance, and to be aware of changing travel requirements for entering Canada, and returning to your home country.
We have already been working on making the retreat a wonderful and rich experience for all participants, leaders and suppliers alike. After July 15, 2022 we are locked into the cost of the venues, some meals and programming.
At any point, if you are unable to attend, you are able to transfer your registration to another ideal participant from within your circle.
Alternatively, Spiral can hold a credit (minus an administration fee of $200) that you can apply to a future Spiral Retreat or program.
If neither of those options work and you need to cancel, including due to COVID-related travel disruptions, we will issue a refund as outlined below:
Prior to midnight, July 15, 2022: 100% refund
After July 15, 2022: $900 deposit is non-refundable
After September 1, 2022: 50% refund
What happens if Spiral has to cancel the retreat? In any circumstance that the organizers cancel the retreat, full refunds will be issued to registrants, or if preferred, Spiral can hold a credit (minus an administration fee of $200) for you to apply to a future Spiral Retreat or program.
